What Happens If You Don't Pay Your Cryptobots Commission?

If your Cryptobots commission invoice remains unpaid, specific actions are taken to manage your service. This article outlines what occurs if payment is not received within the designated timeframe and how your Automated Trading System (ATS) is affected.

Immediate Actions After Non-Payment

Should we not receive a payment for your commission invoice within 48 hours of its due date, the following actions will be initiated:

  • Your Automated Trading System (ATS) will be disconnected from your exchange. This means the system will no longer be able to interact with your trading account.

  • No new trades will be opened by the ATS. Any existing open trades may remain active, but the system will cease initiating any further trading activity until the payment issue is resolved.

This measure ensures that service is paused in a controlled manner when commission payments are overdue, aligning with our Profit Share model.

Restoring Your Automated Trading System

To reactivate your Automated Trading System (ATS) and resume normal trading operations, the outstanding invoice must be fully paid. Once the payment is successfully processed and confirmed, your ATS will be reconnected to your exchange, and new trades can commence as usual.

Our Policy on Late Fees

Cryptobots does not charge late fees on overdue commission payments. We believe that charging late fees, often referred to as usury, is not in line with our operational principles. Therefore, you will never incur additional charges for delayed payments beyond the original invoice amount.

Our focus is on ensuring a fair and transparent relationship with our clients, consistent with our overall approach to sharing our trading system.

Understanding the implications of commission payments is crucial for continuous trading.
